Sharing your Screen

Overview

A guide to sharing content with a local or remote meeting in an NHA Conference Room. Share your content either using Companion Mode or the in-room HDMI connection.

Prerequisites

Sharing using Companion mode will work if the meeting has been Joined on the Room Controller. For a purely in-person meeting, use the HDMI sharing or start a meeting on the Room Controller.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. To share your screen during a meeting with remote participants:

   1. You may join the meeting on your device using Companion Mode and share from there.

   2. You may connect directly to the room controller.

      1. Connect the HDMI cable to your device.

      2. Touch the "HDMI" button on the room controller screen, and choose "Share to Meeting." 

      3. When finished sharing, touch the "Sharing Content" button and choose "Stop Sharing.

2. To share your screen during a meeting with only in-person participants:

   1. Connect your device to the HDMI cable supplied in the room.

   2. Tap the Share Content button on the room controller.

   3. Tap Start Meeting on the room controller. This will start a meeting which will allow you to share your screen.
