Joining a Non-NHA-Created Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom Meeting

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. On the room controller, tap Join, then tap the corresponding logo at the bottom of the screen and enter the meeting ID. This room can join:

   1. Google Meet - Tap the Google Meet logo, then enter the meeting ID provided by the meeting's originator.

   2. Microsoft Teams - Tap the Microsoft Teams logo, then enter the meeting ID provided by the meeting's originator

   3. Cisco Webex - Tap the Join button, then the Cisco Webex logo at the bottom of the screen, then enter the meeting ID provided by the meeting's originator.

   4. Zoom – Tap the Join button, then enter the Zoom code provided by the meeting organizer. The device defaults to Zoom, so there is no need to select a Zoom logo.
